Cabinet Leadership Summit & Women's Initiative
In partnership with WSWHE BOCES, we are pleased to offer the Cabinet & Women's Initiative Summits in Saratoga Springs. Join us for a combined event to bring together cabinet level school leaders, superintendents, and women in leadership to discuss critical topics and share best practices.

The Cabinet Leadership Summit is designed to convene assistant and deputy superintendents, directors and principals to promote community and collegiality while sharing knowledge on current topics and leadership practices. The Supporting Women in Educational Leadership Summit will focus on supporting women educational leaders and to inspire more women to seek leadership positions in education. The program will include discussions on developing leadership, gender bias, cultivating confidence, and compassion in an era of fatigue.
