Why Coaching?
All of us can improve. Whether we are new to our position or are a veteran educator, there is always room to do better. Coaches are thought partners who help you think through your challenges and dreams, while also helping you avoid mistakes and missteps. Coaching is about asking questions rather than providing solutions.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a powerful process of discovery and action based on a foundation of a strong relationship with your coach. Coaching conversations unleash your potential by tapping into your thinking with a focus on desired results. Coaches help you find your "non-negotiables" and keep you focused on what is important. They help you see the potential for unintended consequences of actions and keep you focused on what is most important.
Coaches generally meet monthly with clients for an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes in confidential sessions. Download the
