Aspiring Superintendents Workshop

The Aspiring Superintendents workshop is a one-day program for school leaders with an interest in learning more about the superintendency.

Topics include:

  • the superintendency as a career;
  • facilities management;
  • educational and financial leadership roles of the superintendent;
  • governance and board relationships;
  • professional and personal challenges associated with the job;
  • the search process.

The program is led by Council and LEAF, Inc. staff as well as veteran superintendents who volunteer their time to share their experiences and knowledge.
